During September 10's debate, I witnessed VP Harris deliver an exhaustive sales pitch to the American people. I watched as she repeated one lie after another, and she did so gracefully. I am certain of the lies told by Harris during the debate because we have fact-checked every word spoken by her and the former President without bias. Every word from Harris's mouth during the debate was either a bald-faced lie or a deflection.
Besides the ABC Harris surrogates fact-checking the former President, which wasn't their job, they also lied. For example, much of the information the former President stated about abortion was not a lie and has merit. His example of abortion practice is over-exaggerated, but late-term abortions do happen without regard to the infant's viability. Yet, most hacks in the media would have you believe they never happen. According to Axios, Alaska, Vermont, New Jersey, Oregon, Colorado, New Mexico, and DC have no restrictions on abortion, NONE. It is up to the provider's judgment to determine the infant's viability. That is the law. You will hear people say that it is doubtful that any doctor would perform an abortion on any child brought to term just because the mother has a last-minute change of heart because physicians are bound by medical ethics. Perhaps, but the law, as it was written, provides a buffer for any unethical mother or physician. It was also said that the former President lied about crime being up. News outlets such as NBC, ABC, and NPR, to name a few, said it isn't. Who's lying? The Pew Research Center has stated that in 2022, the FBI only received data from 83% of participating agencies. But this is a trend. Many stats provided by the FBI are incomplete because they depend on the cooperation of many agencies. Knoema, on the other hand, reported that homicides were up by 0.11% in 2022. No stats for 2023. According to Illinois Policy, Chicagoans reported 43% more homicides in 2022 than in 2019. It also reported that even though violent crimes in Chicago grew to their highest level in a decade in 2022, the arrest rate dropped. Robbery and vehicle theft rose by over 30%. When looking at metrics, homicide might decline, but the number of assaults may increase. Overall, violent crime in Chicago increased by 11.5% from 2022-2023. New York shows 2024 1st quarter hate crimes, rape, felony assault, and robbery are higher than the 1st quarter of 2023. During the 1st quarter of 2024 in Los Angeles, violent crime rose by 2.9%, and robbery rose by 9.5% compared to the 1st quarter of 2023. The truth is, we can't be 100% sure about the average rate of committed acts of crime throughout the entire US without complete metrics. The only way to obtain accurate information is to individually view metrics for every municipality across the country. Every municipality does not voluntarily report their data as they should, or the data the FBI gathers would not be so incomplete. However, a hard look at crime metrics within municipalities in the largest cities can provide an accurate snapshot of rising or falling crime rates. We can quickly ascertain that violent crime has risen in many metropolitan cities. The question is, has crime increased under the Harris-Biden administration? Absolutely. In lieu of an Alabama Supreme Court ruling that led some providers in the state to suspend their in vitro fertilization programs (IVF) and has left Republicans divided over the issue. In February, Trump stood before thousands of supporters and announced that there would be full support for (IVF) under his leadership. In a post on Trump's Truth Social network, Trump said: "Under my leadership, the Republican Party will always support the creation of strong, thriving, healthy American families. We want to make it easier for mothers and fathers to have babies, not harder!" Regardless of which Republicans may be opposed to IVF, the former President isn't, and you can be assured that he will follow through on his promise, even if he needs the help of some Democrats. IRS data proves Trump tax cuts benefited middle, working-class Americans most. It is expected that politicians might skew information. Harris said the former President left her and Biden the worst job deficit in history and the worst economy since the Civil War. So basically, Harris blames Trump for COVID. Interesting fact-annual inflation was 1.3% for 2016, 2.1% for 2017, 2.4% for 2018, 1.8% for 2019 and 1.2% when Trump left office. And jobs were coming back fast. Prices were stable. Under Harris & Biden, inflation rose, hitting 7% by Dec of 2021. 8% for 2022, 4.1% for 2023, and 2.68% so far for 2024. So why aren't prices falling with inflation? The most significant part of the equation is rarely looked at by those in the media. It has much to do with the job market and policy changes. I will provide one example, but please remember that there are many. Harris & Biden decided to tax the economy by eliminating thousands of high-paying jobs and ending things like the Keystone pipeline, which employed approximately 1,500 new workers and would have created another 10,000 or 12,000 jobs over the next two years as things expanded. It would have also enabled the US to produce more oil to sell to others. Many of the new jobs created during the Haris & Biden administrations were government jobs, which added to the deficit, and more adults held more part-time jobs than full-time jobs in the private sector. The salaries for these jobs were much lower and would never keep up with inflation. The administration also added regulations to drilling oil and other things that increased energy prices. The bottom line is that there is only one way to fix the current crisis: to expand all energy sources, including nuclear power plants, and create more manufacturing jobs in the private sector.

Regarding COVID, It is worth noting that, unlike the actions some dictators may have taken, the former President knew extended lockdowns would perhaps wreak more havoc on society than the virus itself. He left the decision to the state governors to care for its citizens and make the decisions they feel most appropriate. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to know that the extended lockdowns and crumbling supply chains began pushing inflation upwards. Add that to millions of immigrants pouring into the country, and you have a recipe for disaster. The Harris-Biden admin caused the crises we are in, not Trump.

Talk about fear-mongering. Harris stood on stage during the debate and asserted that the Supreme Court had given the President of the United States far-reaching rights, enabling Him or Her to literally commit crimes against humanity while in office and being shielded from prosecution according to the law. Any person of sound mind who has read the court's opinions knows full well that Harris's assertions are false and make a mockery of common sense. She knows this yet is counting on dumb Americans to buy into it. It is rather long but not too complicated. This was one of the most bodacious lies of all. This is precisely what the Former President said on Truth Social: "So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great "Founders" did not want, and would not condone False & Fraudulent Elections!."
That is to say, if you allow such a thing to succeed, rules, regulations, articles, and even the words found in our Constitution have no meaning. Trump, in no way, was suggesting we suspend the Constitution. He was implying that lawlessness strips away the meaning of our Constitution.
You do not have to be an attorney to realize that had Trump been convicted of Rape in any criminal court within the US, he would have been jailed. A Journalist, Jean Carroll, sewed Donald Trump for battery and defamation because he originally went after her for alleging something he did in a book she wrote in 2019. Carroll alleged that Trump assaulted her either in 1995 or 1996. She decided to file a civil suit against Trump in New York. Civil and Criminal Trials are very different for many reasons. In this instance, the civil case against Trump alleged battery and defamation. There were never any criminal charges brought against Trump for Rape. Harris, being an attorney, knows this. However, what you may find highly telling about this civil case is that even with the bar set so low regarding the quality of evidence needed for a jury to find the former President liable for rape and the fact this case was held in NY, they did not. The Harris Surrogates also interrupted the former President to inform him that his comments about immigrants eating the residents animals were false. As it turns out, there have been some verifiable reports of immigrants snatching geese and a strange disappearance of local wildlife (Birds). Did the President embellish and repeat something he heard without getting the full facts? Absolutely! He has done this many times, and while it can be annoying, it isn't a blatant lie meant to deceive? There is a stark difference between embellishing, repeating something you hear, and flat-out lying. I was hoping that while the moderators of last night's debate dislike the former President, they would muster up enough decency to ask questions helpful to voters. Is this really where we are today? As stated earlier, every word uttered by VP Harris has been fact-checked and is an outright lie. This is the first time in my life I have had some anxiety. Would fellow Americans really choose an untruthful, zero-substance attorney over a successful businessman who had created a booming economy? Perhaps people just need to wake up.
